Attention Military families, this review is for you. John Sutherland is the man to contact hands down! Reach out to John, trust me you won’t regret it. He is a man of integrity, and extremely efficient. My family and I recently moved to Florida from Utah last year. We contacted John Sutherland and decided to retain him as our realtor. We already had a home in mind and John jumped right into action and showed us the house through FaceTime. He immediately assisted us with making an offer, and handled all negotiations with professionalism. We purchased our home sight unseen, and John kept us highly informed throughout every step of the process. His accuracy in forecasting and navigating deadlines, along with his tenacious negotiation and communication skills are second to none. John truly made the home buying process seem like a breeze, and he also made our PCS movement virtually seamless.

John was the listing agent that sold the house to us on Navarre Beach. He has helped us tremendously after closing since then he helped us buying 2 more on Pensacola Beach. He works very hard to find you great houses and work with lenders to help us to closing. We trust him and will buy more from him.
