My husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience working with John Sutherland to sell or home in Navarre Florida. From our very first conversation, John was very attentive to our needs (even with it being a holiday weekend). He is such a professional in every way, and made the process of selling our home seamless. He often said to us in conversation, "I want to make you happy and get the offer that will make you happy", he most definitely put actions behind his words! He was extremely good with communication from beginning to end, and did not take shortcuts to make his job quicker or easier at our expense. We live in California so unfortunately we were never able to meet John in person, but knew that we were in good hands from across the country. If you are ever in need of a realtor, John Sutherland is a great choice!

I had the pleasure of recently working with John Sutherland. "The Englishman" John just sold my house in Navarre Beach. He got top dollar for it and stayed the course. He personally showed the house which is very important to me in a age of Agents just listing homes and giving out access. He is highly professional! Knows real estate and most important knows people.

Tremendous integrity. Works hard.

If you looking for a buyers agent I couldn't think of a better one to use in the Panhandle. He is that good. And if you are selling your house and you want someone to get to know your house and market it in way that is your own then John is your man.

John walked up to me and asked me if he could sell a house we were staging for the rental market. I responded to John and told him I would sell if he could bring me an acceptable offer within 3 days. The next morning John had an acceptable offer in writing. He is a go getter. I would not hesitate to use John again regardless if I was buying or selling. He's a good guy!
